How does it work?

  1. Once your website is live consumers search and purchase from the selection of products you wish to market.
  2. The payment is managed via our payment gateway at the point of sale.
  3. Vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser and made available in your website admin console.
  4. Your commission is automatically paid to you weekly and Website Travel Connect pays the operator on your behalf.

  1. A Critical Step!!! Please establish a DNS record to be pointed to Website Travel Connect or provide us with registry details so we can host your domain for you. If your website is already in use and you don't want us to host your email or other features then please establish a CNAME record to point to our servers for initial setup of the website.

    eg.staging.yourdomainname.com IN CNAME connect.websitetravel.com.
    Not sure howto do this? Copy the following into an email to your IT person or hosting provider. Insert your domain name where it says yourdomain.

  3. Pick your target market and ensure you gather all relevant information required to give your website substance. Describe this in the form on the next page.
    Select categories and search types you can foresee your website having.
    Eg Country Search
    Area search.
    Tour Type Search
    Up to 10 categories can be chosen and 4 search types

Step 3

  1. Our developers construct the framework for your website.
  2. Dummy content load setup ready for you to edit and manipulate.

Step 4

  1. Training on how to use from Website Travel staff.
    Pick the products you want to have listed on your website to sell to your customers, if we dont have them on CMS forward us the details so we can load them for you. Pick the pictures you want to have on your website marketing both the products and the regions they are in. You may need to source some photos of your own or you can use ours.
  2. Search Engine Optimisation explained and how you need to do it.
    Provide Website Travel staff with Google Analytics and Developer Tools login to you google account so we can setup.
  3. Do the final proof read and then You are ready to GO LIVE!!!!
  4. Payment gateway is established along with Agent setup to pay commission.

  1. SEO material given and final release to go live.
